Optimo products are used in connection with high-intensity physical activity and weightlifting. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Inherent Risk: Weightlifting is inherently dangerous. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, disability, or death.

Instructional Use: You agree to use the products only as intended (e.g., on standard barbells and dumbbells). You must inspect the grips for wear, tears, or structural damage before every use.

Medical Consultation: You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program or using new equipment.

No Safety Guarantee: Optimo® grips are performance aids, not safety devices. They do not eliminate the risk of weight slippage or personal injury.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Optimo Fitness Ergonomics Inc., our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind—including, without limitation, personal injury or wrongful death—arising from your use of any of our products. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms. In the event of any legal action arising from your use of the product or breach of these Terms, Optimo Fitness Ergonomics Inc. shall be entitled to recover its reasonable legal fees and court costs from the non-prevailing party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Optimo products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or a jury trial.
