30-day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How To Return

Email admin@getoptimo.com to request a return authorization and the shipping address.

Mail the item in its original packaging.

Conditions

Products must be unused and in original condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs which is $8.

Refund Process

We inspect and process refunds within 14 business days of receiving the return.
