I’ve used fat gripz, fat gripz one series, grenade grips, harbinger grips and grip 4orce. With that being said I’d rank these in my top 3 best for sure. They’re absolutely the greatest grips I’ve ever used for benching..I don’t think anyone else has better grips for bench pressing than these right here.

I purchased these about a month ago because I was getting pain in my hands from the barbells digging into the thumb on my decline bench press. I added these grips to my workouts and the pain has gone away and my hands and forearms are strengthening and my thumb pain is going away in general. These are great for using dumbbells. I haven't tried them on a bench press yet but I highly recommend. They will strengthen your hands and not put as much wear and tear on them!

These grips are great especially if you find your hands are too big for the bar itself. It adds the girth for a comfortable grip, and if your hand isn't large this doesn't compromise your grip at all. The added surface area stabilizes your wrist (I have dainty wrists...genetics) and these help me keep to stabilize my wrist with correct form. I love these for bench press because bad form kills my wrists and (one of) my elbows. These allow the bar to sit comfortably in my hand and I have no need for the subconscious overcorrect that causes my elbow pain...I know I know. Work on your form, well these help me to do that.

Last year I stretched a ligament in my wrist which heavily affected my training. At the Toronto pro show I tried these out at a both and found I could finally curl pain free. These are great to help take pressure off your joints and make movements feel more affective and balanced...love my pair and always throwing in my routine to keep training safe and intense
