A NOTE OF CAUTION: Take extra care when you begin to incorporate the ergonomic grips. First try them with less weight then you usually lift, take a few sets to get used to the new ergonomic feeling. As you become more familiar on how you like to incorporate the OPTIMO grips into your workout and feel confident to slowly increase the weight. Don't worry most of our customers tell use they feel they can lift more but safety first!
